Swim Course
Sprint Distance - This will be a 1 lap course in the sheltered Mumbles bay.
Bike Course
This is an out and back course of 32k on the bike. Set in the stunning Gower Peninsula, it provides athletes with some spectacular scenery.
Run Course
The run will be an out-and-back flat route, along the stunning Mumbles bay, finishing on the red carpet.
