Please find the course for the Olympic distance.

Swim Course

Olympic - The triathlon will start with a 1 lap 950m course off the sheltered Mumbles Bay.

Bike Course

This is the 42km course for the bike.  There is also a self-sufficient feed station stop on route.  The course enjoys 1 laps of the Gower loop before returning to transition.

Run Course

The run will be a 2 lap route across the bay.  Very flat course with beautiful scenic views.
