Format: All three distances enjoy and incredible start, entering the sheltered Mumbles bay, followed by a rewarding bike route heading out into the Gower Peninsula, concluding with a flat and scenic run course. Ending the course on the famous red carpet finish line, why not run down with your little ones in hand to share the experience with the athletes of the future. *Athletes with a registered disability will need to contact the race office to discuss whether the race is suitable and safe to enter.
