Race For Free - Long Course Weekend Charities

The RNLI saves lives at sea providing a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service around the coast of the UK and Republic of Ireland, as well as a seasonal lifeguard service on many of the busiest beaches in England and Wales.

The RNLI is an independent charity, and does not receive any funding from the UK government. We can’t save lives at sea without your support. We rely on Long Course Weekend particpants gaining sponsorship or making a one off donation in lieu of sponsorship to help our volunteer crews and guards, especially the crews in Tenby, continue their outstanding brave and crucial works.

The Wales Swim - Friday 3rd June A two lap course (For full event) on Tenby South Beach consisting of 1.9k laps (Total distance - 3.8k). Register For 1.9k Swim Register For 3.8k swim The Wales Sportive - Saturday 4th June The Wales Sportive is a two lap course (For full event), each lap being 56m (Total distance - 112m). Register For 56m Sportive Register For 112m Sportive The Wales Marathon - Sunday 5th June The Full Marathon starts in Tenby, making its way to Pembroke where The Half Marathon begins. From here both will be finishing in Tenby.
