As a first time athlete for the Mumbles Triathlon we want to give you as much reassurance as possible.
We know how stressful a first race can be…
‘Have I done enough training? Will I be the last person to finish? What do I need for the race?’
Well, don’t worry! At the event we have a beginners briefing on the Friday night at 6:00pm & also at 7:00pm, where one of our race directors will go through everything with you – information about transition and bike racking, explaining the route of the swim, and also to ease any pre-race stresses you may have.
