About Mumbles Duathlon

Activity Wales events adds another exciting race to their ever increasing portfolio! The Mumbles Duathlon takes place in Mumbles, Swansea on Saturday 24th March 2012.

Athletes will enjoy picturesque runs along the stunning shoreline of the Mumbles Bay and the famous Gower Roads for the bikes.

The long course is a tough 5k run, 32k bike and a 5k run.

The short course comprises of an achievable 5k run, 21k bike and 3k run.

With pre and post race parties planned and accommodation to suit all budgets Mumbles is the perfect location. The Mumbles Duathlon Wales will start and finish at Knab Rock, which simply has the best location for the transition area anywhere in the UK.

The cost for Mumbles Duathlon 2012 entry is £30 per person, for both long and short registration.
