About Mumbles Tri

The Mumbles Tri offers athletes two course distances in the idyllic setting of Mumbles Bay for the Swim, the famous Gower Roads for the bikes and a picturesque run along the stunning shoreline of the Mumbles Bay.

The long course is a tough 750m sea swim, 32k bike and a 5k run.

The short course comprises of an achievable 750m sea swim, 21k bike and 2.5k run.

With pre and post race parties planned and accommodation to suit all budgets Mumbles is the perfect location. The Mumbles Triathlon Wales will start and finish at Knab Rock, which simply has the best location for the transition area anywhere in the UK.

The cost for Mumbles Tri 2011 entry is £40 per person, for both long and short registration.
